I bought a 50000mAh Laptop UPS Power Bank 5V 9V 12V 19V 20V 3A External Battery Pack (185Wh). It is very sexy and looks hot.
It is 100% quiet. No noise at all. Well, except the noise of pressing the button of course.
It sadly provides only 1 DC output to your screen or laptop.
It has 90W max output so if your laptop needs 200W, you cannot use this one.
It doesn't work with Microsoft Surface without an additional adapter.
It is absolutely beautiful. It last long, too.
Sadly, when your screen/laptop goes into any sort of low-power mode, it switches itself off.
This is very stupid, why would a device called a UPS switch off when attached devices are in low power mode. This means you must switch it back on every time your screen or laptop sleeps. And switching it on is a minor nuisance. You must hold the button, press many times over and over (why they do not have a separate switch for voltage which remembers the setting I don't know) and then reconnect the device.
Please remember to recycle your old laptop.
